Refund Policy

Futureys is committed to delivering high-quality software development and IT services. This policy outlines conditions under which refunds are granted across service categories.

Clients are encouraged to raise concerns early so Futureys can resolve issues before they escalate.

Software & IT Services

Eligible for consideration
Project has not commenced and the client cancels within 5 business days of deposit payment; unused portions may be assessed after deducting work completed at agreed rates; milestone failure without valid reason may be considered at management discretion.
Critical defects
Delivered software with critical defects not resolved within the warranty period may qualify for a partial refund or service credit.
Non-refundable situations
Completed and delivered work, client-side delays, approved customization work, third-party costs, and training or workshop fees once commenced.

Refund Process

  • Email info@futureys.com with subject line: Refund Request - [Your Name/Company].
  • Provide invoice number, service description, and reason for the request.
  • Attach supporting evidence such as photos, communications, or delivery receipts.
  • Futureys acknowledges receipt within 2 business days.
  • Review and decision are communicated within 7-14 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where feasible.

Refund Methods and Disputes

  • Bank transfer to the original payment account.
  • Service credit applicable to future Futureys services where agreed.
  • Original payment method where technically feasible.
  • No cash refunds for online or card payments.
  • Refunds may be subject to banking charges and currency conversion fees.

If dissatisfied with a refund decision, clients may request escalation to senior management, mediation through a mutually agreed third party, or formal dispute resolution under Sri Lankan law.
