1. Introduction

By using our website, software, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Deliverables

All services—including software development, AI systems, trading operations, and consulting—will be defined in a written project agreement.

3. Payments

• A 50% advance may be required for project initiation.
• Remaining payments must be settled before final deployment or handover.
• Delays in payment may pause project work.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of source code, designs, or materials will be clarified in the service agreement. Futureys retains rights to internal tools and reusable components.

5. Revisions & Changes

Work outside the final agreed scope will incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

7. Trading Terms

For import-export services, shipping, customs, and logistics details will follow internationally recognized standards (INCOTERMS).

8. Warranty & Support

We offer limited warranty periods and support depending on the project type. Extended maintenance can be purchased separately.

9. Liability

Futureys is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, third-party failures, hosting issues, or client-side errors.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
